Congratulations to Gurdeep Panesar, winner of the Frederick Cooper Birmingham, Recognition and Reward award for perfect attendance in January. Gurdeep wins an extra Friday as annual leave to be taken this year. Gurdeep was presented with his certificate by Supervisor Ian Fanthom (right) and Team Leader, Kevin Thompson.  We’ve seen an improvement on attendance and we are more than happy to reward our hard working teams whenever we get the opportunity.
