Stove Enamelling

Under the heading of stove enamelling we group a whole range of oven cured wet sprayed finishing systems including solvent borne, water borne, high solids, electrostatic, lacquering, and low bake. Most of these systems can be used to apply almost any colour or gloss and special effects like textured, hammer or metallic finishes. We can help you choose the finishing system that best suits your specific requirements

A mix of experience and technology

The combination of many years of experience and the use of new technology in the stove enamelling process means that we can provide the highest possible standard of finish. Wet paint finishing systems are particularly useful if you want to avoid excess film build-up in areas where dimensional tolerances are critical e.g. threads, holes, mating surfaces. Specialised masking techniques are also employed where necessary.

Electrostatic spraying
This combines the application economies of powder coating with the thinner film thickness of wet paint, and provides ease of coating on tubular and awkward shaped components.

Waterborne technology

This is used wherever possible, with an obvious beneficial impact on the local and global environment. Close links forged with our suppliers allow us to be at the forefront of developing new paint and coating products for specific tasks.

Low bake finishes

Low stoving systems overcome the problems of painting components and assemblies which cannot withstand the higher stoving temperatures required for powder coating or stove enamelling.
