The best quality surface finishes can only be achieved if the substrate to be coated is in the best condition prior to processing. We offer a full linishing and preparation service to ensure we are starting with the best possible surface.

We can remove split lines, gates, general surface roughness, and raised areas. We can also linish indented areas and if necessary can also fill gaps, holes, pinholes and dents with a variety of different filling products suitable for different applications.

Often we prepare metal cast product e.g. Sand / Gravity / Pressure die castings in zinc, aluminium or magnesium, but this service isn’t just limited to metal components, we can also prepare plastic surfaces, MDF, wood and composites and can achieve incredible high gloss finishes from parts with a poor quality surface finish.
